The Portfolio page is your personal workspace within GrowthPicks. It allows you to track your actual holdings against the model's view, identify concentration risks, and discover opportunities you may not have considered.
Getting Started
The Portfolio page requires a GrowthPicks account. If you are not logged in, you will be redirected to the login page. Once authenticated, your portfolio data is private and secured – only you can see your holdings.
Adding Holdings
Use the form at the top of the page to add holdings. Select a ticker from the searchable dropdown, enter its weight as a percentage, and save. You can edit or delete any holding at any time using the action buttons in the holdings table.
Weight represents the percentage of your total portfolio allocated to that ticker – for example, 5.0 means 5%. Precision is not critical. Even rough percentages will give the Health Dashboard enough information to surface useful patterns.
The Holdings Table
The holdings table shows each ticker alongside the model's current assessment. Columns include the ticker name, Value Signal, GrowthPicks Score, any score constraints, your weight percentage, the latest quarterly pulse, Cashflow Risk status, risk flag count, and edit/delete actions.
The Health Dashboard
The Health Dashboard appears above the holdings table once you have at least one holding. It provides a portfolio-level view across four dimensions.
Conviction Distribution
A stacked horizontal bar showing how your portfolio weight is distributed across the six Value Signal tiers. This tells you at a glance whether your portfolio is concentrated in high-conviction tickers or in lower-conviction territory.
Sector Exposure
A stacked horizontal bar showing how your weight is distributed across sectors. This is a diversification check – if 60% of your portfolio is in Technology, you should be aware that a sector downturn would affect the majority of your holdings.
Elevated Risk
A card showing the count and total weight of holdings with one or more risk flags active. If a significant portion of your portfolio is flagged, this deserves investigation.
Overvalued Exposure
The total weight and count of holdings rated Steep, Full Price, or Below Threshold. Ideally this should be 0%.
Risk Flag Breakdown
Five pills showing the count of holdings flagged for each individual risk category: Cashflow, Debt, Dilution, Structural, and Accounting. Cashflow gets the strongest visual treatment.
Universe Explorer
The panel below the holdings table shows all tickers currently rated Cheap as Chips or Bargain by the model, sorted by conviction score descending. If you already hold a ticker, it gets a subtle green background tint.
The Bottom Line
The Portfolio page turns your holdings list into a structured conversation with the model. The Health Dashboard does not make decisions – it surfaces patterns and concentration risks that are invisible when you look at holdings individually.
