1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrowthPicks ("Service"), operated by GrowthPicks Ltd, a company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

GrowthPicks Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

GrowthPicks is an educational research tool that provides scoring, analysis, and data visualisation for publicly traded growth stocks. The Service aggregates publicly available financial data and applies proprietary scoring methodologies to assist users in their own investment research and decision-making processes.

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INVESTMENT DECISIONS. Before making any investment:

5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees applicable to your chosen plan. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days before they take effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant or guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, scores, or analysis
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• That any investment decisions based on the Service will be profitable
• The reliability of third-party data sources we use

PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. Historical scores, returns, or analysis do not predict future investment performance.

GrowthPicks Ltd and its directors are NOT:

• Licensed investment advisers
• Registered broker-dealers
• Certified financial planners
• Chartered financial analysts
• Regulated financial services providers

We do not hold ourselves out as financial professionals. The Service is provided by individuals with an interest in investment research, creating tools for fellow investors to support their own independent research.

GrowthPicks aggregates data from third-party sources including public financial statements, market data providers, and other publicly available information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but:

• We cannot guarantee the accuracy of third-party data
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors
• Scoring methodologies involve subjective judgements
• Technical errors may occur in data processing

Always verify important information independently before making investment decisions.

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations in your use of the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data systematically
• Use the Service for unauthorised commercial purposes
• Misrepresent the Service as providing investment advice or recommendations
• Hold yourself out as affiliated with or endorsed by GrowthPicks

All content, scoring methodologies, designs, and software underlying the Service are proprietary to GrowthPicks Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

13. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Island of Jersey, Channel Islands.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowthPicks Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
