By accessing or using GrowthPicks ("Service"), operated by GrowthPicks Ltd, a company incorporated in Jersey, Channel Islands, company number 164938 ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
GrowthPicks Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
GrowthPicks is an educational research tool that provides scoring, analysis, and data visualisation for publicly traded growth stocks. The Service aggregates publicly available financial data and applies proprietary scoring methodologies to assist users in their own investment research and decision-making processes.
Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

GrowthPicks is a tool to support YOUR independent research and decision-making. It does not replace professional financial advice or your own judgement.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. The plans, prices, currency, and billing periods on offer are shown on the subscription page before you subscribe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan. Fees are charged in advance and recur at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Payment provider. Payments are taken by a third-party payment provider, named at checkout. We do not see or store your card or bank details. The payment provider's own terms apply to your use of its service.
Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, its length is shown before you subscribe. The trial begins when you approve the subscription with the payment provider. You choose a plan and provide a payment method at that point, but you are not charged during the trial.
First payment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment is taken when the trial ends, at the price shown for your plan when you subscribed. The payment provider shows the date of the first payment at checkout and in your account with them. Your subscription then renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Cancelling. You cancel through the payment provider you subscribed with. The manage subscription link shown with your subscription status in the Service takes you there. If you cannot cancel that way, email support@growthpicks.org from your account email address at least two working days before your next payment date and we will cancel it for you.
If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged and you keep access until the trial ends. If you cancel later, no further payments are taken and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, the payment provider may pause your subscription. Access to paid features stops until the payment goes through.
One free trial per person. A free trial is for new subscribers, one per person. We may cancel a repeat trial.
Refunds. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund it and end your access. To ask, email support@growthpicks.org from your account email address. After that, we do not refund part-used billing periods. Refunds are sent back through the payment provider, which controls how long they take to reach you. Nothing in this section takes away rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US$100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

GrowthPicks aggregates data from third-party sources including public financial statements, market data providers, and other publicly available information. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy, but:

All content, scoring methodologies, designs, and software underlying the Service are proprietary to GrowthPicks Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. If we close a paid account for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@growthpicks.org from your account email address. Closing your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Cancel the subscription first, as described in Section 5, or payments will continue to be taken.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Island of Jersey, Channel Islands.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowthPicks Ltd regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
